Retired newspaper journalist and professor, a country girl from rural Arkansas who saw Paree and fell in love with Italy (who doesn't?). I moved to Coatepec, Veracruz, Mexico, on Jan. 12, 2017, and have a big garden and interest in plant-based health. I have a developing interest in New World indigenous and how their customs and beliefs filtered into Old World religions and life. I am an ardent Democrat and care greatly for my birth country as we ex-pats abroad help it through hard times.
