I am a polymath • International Speaker • Podcast host of “Suicide Zen Forgiveness” where I share shares the stories of suicide survivors, and those left behind.
After loss of a friend to suicide at age 16, and a life-changing MVA at 20, multiple personal losses, surgeries and hospital stays in the double-digits, I am uniquely suited to this new normal.
I enjoy traveling, and love to meet people and learn all about them. I have learned to appreciate the little things and enjoy each moment.
