Long version: I'm Tanya. I do #ux and #servicedesign in the #GovernmentOfCanada. I'm co-chair of #CanUX conference, co-host of the Gov of Canada UX Network #uxgc, and owner of spydergrrl consulting. Best known for popularizing the phrase "UX Theatre".
