I’m not a career politician, I’m a builder and a real estate entrepreneur. As an asset manager, I've managed over $100 million dollars in real estate investment's for partners, investors, and municipalities. I solve problems, manage growth, navigate regulations, and grace under pressure to get projects across the finish line. As someone who deals with infrastructure, planning, budgets, and development every single day, I understand how county decisions directly affect taxpayers.
