Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira

Born in 1934 in Brazil. Economist and political economist. Emeritus Professor of Getúlio Vargas Foundation where teaches since 1959. Former minister of Finance (1987), Federal Administration and Reform of the State (1995-98), Science of Technology (1999). Author of many books and articles. Creator of New Developmenrtalism.
