I was born on January 19, 1944, to a Swiss mother and a German father. Who was interned in Switzerland after fighting the Nazis first in Spain and then in the French resistance.
Attended 8 years of ground school in Germany and then did Trade School and apprenticeship in Basel, Switzerland as a Hot Water Heating Monteur and Pipe Fitter Steam Fitter.
became a Mountain Guide and got the highest education in Switzerland as a Ski Instructor.
